The Dispatch presents an article that reinforces the idea that much of the government is infiltrated with corruption. Again, the blame is placed on the financial system. "But the truth is, the financial system of the Government is unfortunate." But the corruption tricks continue over to politics. After the meeting of Congress, a method is being devised to prevent McKenzie from taking his seat. This methods draws on the constitutionality of the "retrocession of Alexandria in 1846." In result, the question of the removal of the Capital will also be brought up.
