Title
A Change in Times, November 13-19, 1870
Description
With their resounding victory in the polls now behind them, the Conservatives have but two things to say: a warning and a declaration. After the loss endured northerners, carpet-baggers, and Radicals in the election, the Conservatives want everyone to know that they have taken back power and that no one should come down to the south and try and take a single thing from they. They have also offered a declaration that the war between parties, the war between "States-rights men and the Federalists" has finally come to an end. There will be no more fighting with the Federal Government, and no more talks of succession, as that was all settled at the conclusion of the Civil War.
