Virginia Election--It is understood that the President has determined upon the instructions to be given to the commandant of the First Military District, General Canby, regarding the Virginia election. These instructions will be forwarded in a few days, and the election will probably take place early in July. The constitution will be submitted in divisions, so that a separate vote may be had on those clauses relating to disfranchisement, the test-oath, and the county organizations. There can be but little doubt that, with the above exceptions, the constitution will be adopted by almost a unanimous vote.-National Intelligencer, 7th.
