Summary

If Virginians fail to vote for Walker, it is like they are voting for Wells. Wells is terrible for Virginia, thus it is very important to go vote for Walker.

Transcription

If we fail to vote for Walker we thereby reduce the vote to be overcome by Wells. If we stay away from the polls it ensures Wells's election. Shall we vote out the test-oath, or permit it to enter into and become part of our organic law ?-Boydton Tobacco Plant.
