Unconditional Union Convention. Alexandria, May 17.- The Unconditional Union Convention met to-day. A. B. Wardwell, of Richmond, was appointed chairman. John Minor Botts was present. The Convention was addressed by Horace Maynard. The attendance is very small. SECOND DISPATCH Washington, May 17.- The Union State Convention of Virginia met in the room of the United States Court at Alexandria this morning. There was a large attendance of delegates.
