The board of Directors of the Richmond and Petersburg Railroad held a meeting yesterday. It was the first since the annual meeting of the stockholders, and the resolutions adopted by that body in regard to a change of policy being considered, the opinion prevailed that the Directory was bound to carry them out as instructions. The first step taken thereunder was the change of schedules announced in our advertising columns. On and after Monday next passenger will leave Richmond daily at 9 A. M. and 6 P. M., and the Petersburg at 7 A. M. and 3 P. M. This arrangement will be most satisfactory to the people of both cities.
