Another view of the suffrage question

The Dispatch believes that the Suffrage bill will pass by a "large majority".

Transcription

The temper of the House to-day, in debate and on the floor, showed very conclusively that the bill for negro suffrage in this District will pass by a large majority at an early day. Mr.Rogers, of New Jersey, has the floor on the bill.
