Abused Negroes. -- At an early hour yesterday morning hundreds of negroes from Maryland and Virginia, who had voted on Monday, were found sitting about the corners, waiting anxiously for the Republican committee to provide their meals and transportation home. Most of these had to rely upon their own resources. The negro party managers had used them to their hearts' content, and were willing to let them take care of themselves. -- Washington Intelligencer.
