ANOTHER ORDER. General Schofield will issue, in all probability, to-day an order giving directions to boards of registration to reconvene at the earliest possible moment for the purpose of completing registration. Power will be given to sub-district commanders and military commissioners to act as presidents of boards. Sub-district commanders will be required to recommend all officers to fill vacancies, who will be required to take the oath commonly called the "iron-clad." Recommendations for judicial offices will be sent to the Governor for his recommendation. All others will be sent direct to military headquarters.
