Local matters. Registration in Richmond-The List Complete.-The following is a complete list of the numbers registered in Richmond, including the extended limits : Whites , 5,794 Colored, 6,125 Colored majority, 931 The majority is not as great as at one stage of the registration there were reasons to apprehend it would be, but still it is I sufficiently large to give the colored voters a voice in future affairs not to be despised.
