Summary

Previously unemployed black citizens are now finding jobs. Captain Hambrick is able to connect white men in need of employees with any black man looking for a job with this efficient system.

Transcription

The Idle Negroes.-We are glad to learn that Captain Hambrick's efforts to induce the idle negroes to go to work in the country is meeting with some success. Several persons from the adjoining counties applied yesterday and obtained employees.
