The President's Answer. We publish this important document in full. It is admirably drawn, and will be found interesting by every reader. It is manly, too. It meets the questions boldly. It puts the President upon high ground. And its allegations in reference to Stanton and to the usurpations of Congress will stand as the judgment of the next generation and all their successors. We have no room for comment.
